Customer Satisfaction Policy
This policy applies to all products on our website.
If you have not received the product after 65 days after placing your order a full refund will be given plus you can keep the item also. This is part of TRIAD's customer satisfaction policy.
For custom built to order items you have 5 days to amend or cancel the order after payment is received. After 5 days we will be hard at work custom engineering, assembling and testing your machine (No Refunds Will be Given at this Time). Please ensure that you order the correct specification machine for your needs.
IMPORTANT: Regarding Custom Built Machines i.e eBikes and some industrial appliances:
Customs Charges (Import Tax) varies from country to country and in most cases to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand customs charges will not apply. We will inform you before ordering of the customs fee if any that may apply.
For Russian customers and 95% of customers from the EU, you do not have to pay any customs duties, we are responsible for customs clearance and customs duties. Please do not worry.
Paying tax is the duty of every citizen, and you as the buyer need to take the responsibility for all of the taxes. If you the buyer refuses to receive the goods because of the tax problem i.e. with your local customs, you will need to pay for all the returned freight back to our factory (as this we will not be our fault).
Most of our deals are promoted with free shipping (for selected countries only) by DHL/FEDEX/EMS/UPS but at our convenience only, as we sometimes have very limited selecting options due to the IATA policy to shipping lithium batteries.
We warmly welcome clients from Russia, we will try our best to clear the customs and pay the tax at our side. The items are well-packed with strong packages, we provide fast express shipping from our side to all of Russia. But the express usually takes longer time (even about 30 days, if you are not in Moscow) than other countries because Russia is such a large country.
Different countries have different laws in place with regards to importing Lithium Batteries and as such you the buyer should be aware of all rules and laws in your country when ordering these batteries from us. Lithium batteries according to customs requirements differ from country to country in many different ways, most countries require sub-shipment of lithium batteries to enable reliable shipping, but we will do our best to send, lithium batteries to anywhere in the world trouble free for you. We will let you know if any potential problems with your local legislation maybe an issue. We will lower the declared customs value of goods by default unless otherwise stated by you the customer, this is applicable to all products at TRIAD Limited.
We ensure that all our products are very well packaged before shipment, but damage still cannot be ruled out in the process of transportation i.e. wear, knocks and accidental damage whilst in transit. If any problems are found with your product when you receive the goods please contact us and we will resolve it as best as possible. Thanks for understanding.

*Bank Transfer is our preferred payment method, we also accept different payments by Bitcoin, PayPal & Credit/Debit Cards. We offer discounts of 10% off on all orders when paying with bank transfer and bitcoin.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Once all orders have been shipped and are in Transit, we will not be able to offer a refund until the goods have arrived at your address and then have been shipped back to us.
For all custom eBikes if the order is cancelled within 3 days after payment we will refund you immediately in full. After 3 days your bike will be under construction at our factory and during the manufacturing period you can still cancel but we will deduct 15% off the refunded amount to offset losses.
All of our offers are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if for reasonable reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange. Before mailing us back the item, please contact us for the detailed return & exchange instruction. We will return all your money except the shipping and handling fees after we receive your return items.
